Mudra does not currently accept or process online payments through this website. Never send money based only on an unverified message or social media request; contact Mudra using the details shown on this site.
Donations
Voluntary donations are normally applied to charitable purposes and may not be refundable once received and acknowledged. If a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact Mudra promptly with the transaction details.
Programme or event payments
If Mudra introduces fees for a programme or event, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be clearly disclosed before payment. Approved refunds may exclude costs already incurred or non-refundable payment charges, where lawful.
Processing a request
A request should include the payer’s name, date, amount, transaction reference and reason. Eligibility is assessed individually, and approved refunds are returned through an appropriate verified method.
